Recent renovation work at London's Notting Hill Gate tube station has uncovered a fantastic collection of original 1950's advertising posters. The posters are in non-public areas and date from c1956 - 1959. Situated in an old lift passageway the posters were hidden when the station's lifts were removed and replaced by escalators. What a find!
